The 20th anniversary of the Adult Learning Week began with an inaugural conference held in the Vilnius Railway Station Conference Hall. Our institution received an award for actively participating in Adult Learning Week for consecutive 20 years. In the second part of the conference, which took place in the Railway Station’s waiting hall, passers-by were invited to stop by and engage in different learning activities at the five stops, demonstrating that even in this kind of space there is an opportunity to learn and get to know the institution that organized the stop, as well as perform a variety of adventurous tasks. We were responsible for one of these stops. Visitors to SIH’s Language Stop were happy to communicate, perform an exciting task related to language proficiency, receive various SIH merchandise as prizes, and get to know SIH’s ongoing projects.
