VR@School project multiplier event held on 16 June, 2021

16 June, 2021 Soros International House organised a multiplier event of Erasmus+ project “VR @ School: Future schools using the power of Virtual and Augmented Reality for education and training in the classroom“. The event which took place in Vilnius Karoliniškių Gymasium was welcomed by the deputy principal Audronė Būdienė.

The agenda included the following topics:

• “Virtual classroom: one step closer to reality” – a presentation of the project results and practical demonstration of the developed VR resources and lesson plans made by SIH project coordinator Gileta Kieriene;
• “Challenges of using OER” – an overview provided by SIH director Daiva Malinauskienė.

The event ended with a discussion on the use of VR resources in the classroom, in which the participating teachers and other education professionals were actively involved.
