On 21 April 2023, the final partner meeting of the ACDC 4 You project took place in Vilnius, Lithuania
During the meeting, the project partners from Lithuania, Ireland, Bulgaria, Spain and Romania reflected on the very positive feedback from the final project conference held one day before, shared and discussed the results from the multiplier events organized in partner countries.
The meeting participants revised the work done in the project and the results achieved, talked over the issues of dissemination and communication, discussed the ideas for the sustainability of the project results and planned the final steps.
At the same time, the project team had a unique opportunity to participate in the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the project coordinator SIH.
