SIH, as a partner of the PHAROS project in Lithuania, has established cooperation with Vilnius S. Kovalevskaya Progymnasium. The school employs a significant number of teachers who have immigrated from Ukraine and Belarus—some of whom have arrived in Lithuania in recent years due to the war in Ukraine or to escape the Lukashenko regime in Belarus, while others have been living and working in the country for more than a decade. We are pleased that the school’s management team enthusiastically accepted our invitation to become an associated partner of the PHAROS project and to jointly organize the pilot implementation of the Lay Mental Health Advisor training programme, in which the school’s teachers and other staff members will participate.
