Piloting of the PHAROS Upskilling Programme for Migrant Support Workers and Adult Educators in Vilnius
On 10 September, adult educators, language teachers and representatives of migrant communities gathered at the Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania to take part in the piloting of the PHAROS “Upskilling Programme for Migrant Support Workers and Adult Educators.”
The event provided an excellent opportunity to deepen participants’ knowledge of how to recognise mental health difficulties in learning environments, discuss how to facilitate training on sensitive topics, and put into practice approaches that help create a safe and inclusive learning environment for learners with diverse needs.
