On 15 October, we piloted the PHAROS project’s Up-skilling Programme for Migrant Support Workers and Adult Educators with teachers at Grigiškės Gymnasium. Together, we explored the programme’s key topics and discussed how they could be applied in schools, both in working with students and within the wider school community.
The training provided participating teachers with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of how to recognise mental health difficulties in learning environments, explore approaches to delivering training on sensitive topics, and try out practical strategies for creating safe learning and working environments.
We invite everyone who cares about their own mental health and the well-being of others to explore the PHAROS project results and make use of the learning resources available on the project website: https://pharoserasmus.eu/
All materials are available in six languages: English, Lithuanian, Greek, Bulgarian, German and French.
